MSI routinely provides investigation and fact-finding services to clients in the public and private sector.
MSI’s investigations have included any of the enumerated grounds under Human Rights Code, specifically
harassment and sexual harassment, as well as allegations of workplace harassment under specific
corporate policies. Most are work place disputes where organization do not have trained staff in-house and/or wish to use an external fact-finder for their investigation. MSI has offered customized course to client to train in-house staff in conducting investigations in accordance with best practices.
