MSI provides third party arbitration in the areas of corporate commercial and labour disputes. MSI’s trained arbitrators have intervened in domestic and international disputes including the Canadian Roster of the Chapter 19 North American Free Trade Agreement Bi-National Panel.
In addition to conducting arbitration, MSI has been involved in training advocates about arbitration and providing consultation with regard to the design and implementation of customized arbitration processes for government and in the private sector.
